I have been mentoring my Grandchildren for a few years. Last year he got his first elk and This year he is mule deer hunting in Colorado. My Granddaughter is 12 and will start putting in for points to have her first Elk Hunt.

Absolutely. I teach them everything they need to know so they can do it all after I'm gone. My wife and daughter hunt and clean there own animals.
