The 25 sst...up and running

Is the brass head stamped 25 SST? Or is it 6.5 SST and needs to be neck sized?

looks like it comes ready to go now, when I bought it, it was 6.5sst stamped brass and just had to size the neck down

Its stamped 25sst and just needs sizing to 25 from 6.5

Pretty sure rich means from 6.5 to 25. It takes very little time or effort, dip the necks in dry lube run them in the die sizing, just size the neck and your ready to go.

Admittedly trying to decide between 25 SST and 25 PRC currently. Can get ADG brass for both.

The PRC brass is not head stamped. I do have a number of 6.5 caliber rifles as well. PRC brass is considerably cheaper.

Somebody convince me one way or the other

I have a 7.5 twist proof barrel. American rifle company Archimedes action.

I don't want to do a 25SAUM because I already have multiple rifles in that caliber.

I would like to know what the OAL is for the 25PRC with the 131 grain blackjack bullet touching the lands. Their reamer is .090 fb

Don't have a prc but do have 3 25sst. Freaking love them. Ballistic is off the chart good.

Shot my SST the last few days getting ready for hunting season making cold bore shots on steel. Still running the same load of h-1000 58gr at 3230fps. Almost 700 rds through the barrel now.

My sweet spot is right at 3250 as well with 61.3 grains of n565. Such an awesome guy to shoot
