Me tooHaven't fired a rifle without a can in many years. Specter 2 on the rimfires.
The cute little squirrel is taking a dirt nap, awe... I despise those things. I had one get into my attic once and it's been war ever since. A suppressed .22 keeps them from waking up here too.
He was talking about the Aguila sss 60grn. I had a 1:9 set up for my 10/22 for it...pretty awesome, louder out the ejection port than front. At some point I would like to build a bolt gun for that purpose. What kind of yardage are you shooting? I can get 1 MOA groups at 100 yards shooting subsonic bullets through Dead Air Mask with my CZ 457 in .22 LR. 1:16 twist.
and you will wonder how long to get approved. hahaStop thinking and get one or 10, you will wonder why you waited.
Yep. I mainly predator hunt with a rifle and always run a can. Now for ground squirrels and high rate of fire it would be a tougher call due to heat waves but that's what a cover is for…. Love shooting with cansDoes anyone use a silencer/suppressor when they hunt small game?
What is the tool you are using to clean up the field?? Nice looking, Weight?Suppressors are great for PD hunting. It allows so many more shots close in. With the 17 HMR pictured below, you still hear the crack of the bullet breaking the sound barrier, but when shooting them beyond 75 yards or so, it's very little noise.
