I like too shake and bake them in a bag ..with cornflake crumbs & Lawry's salt then fry in butter ...or make grouse jerky Alberta Flavor mix

I'm a big fan of the any way you would normally cook chicken, I would have to say though grouse noodle soup is probably one of my favorite meals to come home to after cold day's in the woods.
