This barrel came off an excellent conditioned L461 when it's changed to a faster twist bull barrel. The previous owner said he shot little of it. It's uncommon to see Vixen in 223 Rem (most of them seem to be made in 222 Rem). The barrel measures 23.5" long, and has some minor scratches of the blue (probably from clamping when removed). The twist is 1:12 or 1:13 by my cleaning rod measurement.
