Searching load data for 338 Lapua using RL 33 and ELD-X 270gr. Alliant and Hornady have not tested that combination. Carbon wrap 24" ,1:9.4 rwist. Anyone tried this combination?

Kind of confirms my suspicions! RL33 supposedly formulated for the 338 Lapua - wondering what that means? I read claims of 3000f/s with 300gr bullet with 33 and don't understand how that is.There is a good reason for this load not being reproduced, it's too slow. Filling this case up to very base of the bullet when seated to spec does not create enough pressure to get this combination up to speed.
Better powders for this bullet are:
Re-25
Norma 217 (very smooth and accurate)
H-1000
Ramshot Magnum
IMR-8133 is being touted as a good powder for cartridges of this size with the heavier bullets. I personally have not found these formulations to be usable for my needs.

I used that Alliant data to extrapolate some loads. One load at 94 grains had overlapping holes. Pleased with that but velocity around 2600. Appreciate the feedback - not ready to give up on the eld-x 270gr. Will try some other suggested powders! If you can find some of those references I'd like to read them for my own sake. Most of the internet stuff suggests H-1000 or Re-25, at least from what I've seen.
Here is a sample from Alliant:

Good to hear. I see Hornady does list that powder with the 270gr bullet. Are you getting sub moa and published velocity?Try Retumbo. I have had good succuss with it and the 270 ELD-X. I don't have my notes handy but I did use a published load.
Retumbo availability is diminishing quickly... either they are not making it or a govt contract is purchasing it all. I can't find it in stock any where. I'm likely going to be forced to switch to RL33 or 8133 or something similar.Try Retumbo. I have had good succuss with it and the 270 ELD-X. True words here. Very frustrating. I'm no conspiracy theorist and I wat to avoid politics here but I bet the govt also has a part in this (the overall goal from the left to disarm us, by slowing making it hard to get gun parts, ammo, etc)This is the same situation most of us have been subjected for the last few years now with powder, brass, bullets and primers. This is the new operational model which component manufacturers are using. Run 'em short, create a situation which promotes hording then lengthen the process times between runs. Voila! Higher prices every time you turn around!
As much as I like Retumbo, Re-26 and others in short or non-existent supply, I have been retesting different powders and buying them to replace what the manufacturers won't make available. No choice if I want to stay in business as well as compete.
