I'm not letting mine go that cheap. I was going to charge 1 dollar per primer but since the op was making a deal on powder I felt obligated to lower my price.

Scheels in Reno Nevada actually has powder for #38-46 per pound and boxes of 1000 cci 400 small rifle primers were $94.49 Prices as of April 8th 2023 only about triple pre covid plandemic.
