I was out Sunday trying to shoot my 7mm stw at 500yds. On the third shot the rear scope cover hit the bill of my cap and broke off. On Monday I went to their site and was going to order a new one since I consider it was my fault they don't sell them. I called Riton on Monday around 2pm my time and asked where can I buy a new set. Today checked the mail and new front and rear scope covers arrived. I call that pretty good customer service.
My opinion they make a really good scope for the money I now have 2 of their scopes
