I would love to see all manufacturers offer different twist rates and stamp the barrels with the rate. Not all want to shoot heavies, or at times May want to shoot light bullets for speed

I have often wondered why a 270/308 or
270/08 or 27-08 was never made. I figure someone wildcat it at onetime. But I have never seen dies for it. I think that would be a great cartridge.

A Remington 700 pattern rifle with a 22-24" 1-8 or 1-7 twist varmint barrel chambered in 5.56×45. Bergara had one for a minute in the HMR but it has since been discontinued to my knowledge. I just want something fun and cheap to shoot shoot out to 1000 yards with moderately priced match bullets.
