Any one hunting rabbit in Ak? Do you use dogs like we do down south or just jump shoot them?

hello there. no we don't use dog's here in the YK Delta. best time to hunt rabbit's is around 3 or 4 in the afternoon in our area. we walk along the opening's around willow's and alders. also in portage's thru the tree's. right now the rabbit's are on a boom, along with the lynx population in our area. you can walk up onto both.
