Mcgowen 25cm prefit reamer specs?

I reached out to Mcgowen about what reamer they use for their 25cm prefits. Attached is the reamer print they sent me. I'm going to be using Peterson 25cm srp brass and shoot primarily 131 bj and 133 and 135 bergers, as well as occasionally some smaller stuff like 110 accubonds and 100 TTSX.

Does the reamer work for my needs? I'm not knowledgeable on these type of specs. My main concern is if freebore is OK, and if the neck diameter will work with peterson brass without turning?

I believe BJ's version 3 reamer has a neck length of .288, diameter of .290, and freebore of .115. The mcgowen reamer is .287, .289, and .140, respectively.
