Does anyone know why Leupold discontinued the illuminated reticle in this scope?
The scope is 11.90 inches long and weighs 23.60 ounces. I couldn't imagine a better scope to put on a mountain rifle than this scope, but they don't offer illumination in the front focal plane tactical milling reticle anymore. Does anyone know why? I am just going off of what their website is saying. After shooting an illuminated reticle scope, I don't really want to go back to a non-illuminated scope.
