Lets put together a Light Weight Long Range Rifle

Just for fun...lets put some components together of a rifle that can throw lead out there a ways and still be fun to hike around with all day!

If you have any factory guns in mind feel free to throw them out there!

But lets look at all the components:

Caliber
Action
Stock
Barrel
Scope
Bi-pod
Sling

For the ease of not having to get into the large calibers, lets say this will be used only for deer!

I am thinking:

260 rem in a Savage action
Stockade Mule Deer Stock
Hart- #4 contour 26" barrel
4-12x Vortex Viper
Harris Bi-pod


This should be fun! Lets see what we can come up with
