Gently Used 18 month old Leica 1600 Rangefinder. Great tool to use in field, percise measurements and very handy.

Has small cosmetic scratches on one side of body, see pictures, lenses are in excellent condition. I have all the manuals, box, and case.

Reason for selling? Any info on objects/distances ranged? Especially animals and small objects.

With a good solid rest, (Jim White makes ones specifcally for the leica rangefinders to be attached to a tripod) I have ranged sheep out to 1100+ yards. I have not tried any further than that, but i know it will go that far. On large reflective items i have gotten ranges at 1950+ yards.

I am selling this unit, because I work construction in Las Vegas, and as you can imagine times are tough. I cant justify having this rangefinder sit in the safe another year, since i didnt get drawn.
