Was at Cabela's a few days ago. LOTS of powder and some primers. Wondered over to the ML isle and saw this:
I have gone through over 1500 fifty grain pellets of Pyrodex and over 3lbs of 3F-777 before I discovered BH209 and will entirely concede that BH209 is hands down the best performing non-smokeless ML propellent I have ever used and will use nothing else, but $80 for 8oz? Thank God I bought all I will ever need when it was under $40 for 10oz.

I posted somewhere that I was in Cabelas last week, and saw some Nosler brass on the shelf. OH BOY !!! They had .270, 30/06, and .308 !! The shelves were packed with the stuff. Then, as I approached, just like the mirage of an oasis in the desert to a dying man, I saw the price. $103 for a box of 50- OUCH !! Needless to say, it's still there, all of it. Maybe Cabelas is trying to price themselves out of business.

In cabelas other day..saw a 50 box of 280ai for $140.....
Is it bass pro..cabelas or nosler...
I bet the middle man is making a fortune these days...
