Finally the proper way to break in a barrel!!!!

Dave,
Methinks Boss Hoss knows him well enough to mean exactly what he's insinuating. While I think he is amusing at times, I can't think of a single reason to look up to him physically or metaphorically. Just MHO.

I think we're gettin a lil worked up here fellas. Hope your hight blood preasure medication was near by! Its a funny video which is what he meant to make. Obviously he has a good rifle and knows how to shoot it. This may be shocking to some of the long range rilfes that are best served in a art gallery. Just think of the abuse our troops put on their rifles. In the end they are a TOOL. Scratchs and dings dont warrant the ATF.

That looked like Stick to me. wish he would post here. I miss his postings. He may be unconventional but he knows a ton and he is **** funny. Anybody know where he's posting these days? maybe you could pm me. Thanks

First let me state that I did not say that his wife was ugly my concern
was how he treated her if he treated his fire arms that way.

I personally have seen the results of abuse to firearms and I dont think
we should encourage this type of behavior.

I to have a very good friend who has all ways treated his rifles abusively
and I tried to scold him ever chance I had but he did'nt care, well it finally
happened ,On a hunting trip he was carrying his weatherby around with the
barrel muzzel down on the floor matt when he got to his stand he spotted
a nice buck and tried a shot. When he awoke the rifle had blown up between
the recever and left hand and sp;it in five pieces also blowing the scope off.

After looking at the remains of a once fine rifle there was mudd around the crown,
apparently he had packed mudd or a small rock in the barrel causing it to blow up.

This was my concern and as a friend you should express your concerns.

If I offended any one I'm sorry but safe practices should allways be a priority
when handling any type of firearm.

In the future I will keep my comments to my self on this type of behavior, and
by the way my friend takes much better care of his rifles now.

thanks

JE Custom,
You'll note I do not condone his actions, I just said he has the right to do what he wants with his rifles. Also take note that I do not claim him as a friend. I did find some of the video amusing and some of it disturbing, but that pretty much sums up what I think of the man in the video as well.

I found it amusing. Who is to say he didn't check his barrel before shooting? If someone wants to have more money than sense (or maybe just less sense than money?) I don't see what's wrong with taping some comedic routine for other's amusement.
