Just checking back with all the information on Scope Mounts "FOR ELR"!!!!
We personally use a one piece mount for our scopes which is a MPA Mount or a SPUHR Mount Systems.
We have seen ELR Rifles that have dual ring mounts on their scopes for shooting .338 LM to 375 CT.
Is this because the shooter thinks that the "SCOPE" will move while shooting conventional scope mounts???
We have over a dozen one piece MPA Scope Mounts that have not moved when shooting 6.5X284 for "F" Class as well as shooting our .338 LMAI for ELR. Never a movement.
We also Shoot the SPUHR one piece mount and never had a scope move in it.
Our question is why do some shooters still shoot with double rings on their rigs?
Does it work better???? need someone to tell me the advantage over a one piece mount.
