gentlemen by the name of Rob ,owner of intrepid arms in cobbleskill, new york.he builds very nice and accurate rifles.he has a website if you wanted to look him up or call him with any questions.the farthest ive shot it is 800yrds and could easily hit a 12 inch steel plate every shot (pretty windy too).really want to sell complete with right around 300 rounds of hand loaded and developed ammo. Will shoot factory ammo really well also
