COLD Brrr WEATER GEAR

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Finding the cold here in NY, hunting getting difficult after 2-3 hours in a tree stand. I like to move around a bit too. Sometimes that warms me up but then the sweat factor brings back the cold faster, this isn't good thereafter.

I was looking at these:

HOME / EXTREME COLD / SNOW CLAW XT

I am interested in suggestions along these lines, socks, feet, hand, fingers. I'm pretty good so far on layering, but fingers and toes, NOT.
