I've shot thousands of them at 3200fps and have never had a issue.

You have been one of the lucky ones. I think there were probably some bad lots in the past because reports of separation in the147's showed up on snipershide, ar15.com and 65creedmoor.com. I have not personally seen this but have only shot about 100 of the 147's. Currently using the 140 ELD-M's with good results at the range.
