Seems Brownell and midway are putting different primers in stock every few days rather than all at once-- have to pay hazmat and shipping each time.

atleast Brownells lets you get 2 at a time. it is the same as powder valley buying one a time and cheaper than midway

I'll state this again. It is only normal for the ones needing the product and willing to pay the outrageous prices. Supply and demand are driving these ridiculous prices. I work for a manufacturer and our primer prices have only gone up a small amount in the past year. "Retail" prices are just about stupid. Cost for primers is still under $200 per case of 5K. Don't let the "new normal" narrative push you into prolonging the high prices and shortages. Even the word shortages is a misnomer because the manufacturers are making more primers now than any time previous. Buy what you need, not what you want and things will settle down.

Guys... pre- Covid primer prices were $40/1000, now they are $80/1000

Some of you guys drive your $80,000 SUV, or your $70,000 pick-up, to your $5000 heated blind, that sits on a $250,000 piece of land, to shoot (1) bullet/ (1) primer at a 120" buck....

$40 more dollars for 1000 primers, is not alot of money.
