.22 KYL 1/4 target

Hitting the 1/4 " smallest target of a KYL target set up at 50 yds with a .22 would equal the difficulty of a .30 hitting what size target at 1000 yards?
I would like to simulate center fire long range but use these down sized targets with a .22 and want to know distance to set them up to simulate as close as I can.
