Northern IL bird. Taxidermist says the breast feathers are unique and he hasn't seen many like this. I thought he called them clipped/barbed feathers? Can someone explain what is different than another bird? I think the black tips are showing up more on this bird then typical, but not exactly...

How far of a shot and how was the accuracy?

I need a hunting bullet for a moose.

I'm trying to find a bullet in the 275 weight range. The 285's do shoot amazing in another gun i own. But scared they wont do good for hunting.

How is the accuracy and performance on bigger game? Thanks
