Years ago I sent two scopes to Leupold for warranty issues. No questions and the scopes were back to me (Australia) in three weeks -all fixed. Brisbane is a Leupold service Center so if I have an issue I don’t need to send to USA.

Are you using a maximum load? Sometimes w max loads you’ll get irrational groupings. I’d try back off a slight and maybe trying different powders.
