I've been trying to research Zeiss' website and emailed them with no response.
Can anyone tell me what the MOA equivalent this reticle subtends at 25 power ? Or at least point me in the right direction.
Thanks, any info is welcome.

I feel your pain my friend. When I received my Zeiss scope I assumed that, like most ofher scopes, the subtension specification were reticle MOA/MilDot spacing relative at maximum power over 100 yards. What I found was the specifications for my 6.5-20 were based on 16 power rather than the 20 power max. What I did was create a matrix with 1/4 inch squares and not the relative reticle hash marks at 100 yards for each power setting on the scope.
LIke you, I looked high and low for published specs on the subtensions and couldn't find anything anywhere - not even in the owners manual that came with the scope.
Good luck ......

Thanks.
The Zeiss calculator isn't close to being accurate enough to actual drops or JBM ballistic.
Guess I'll just dial my drops, at least the adjustments are true.

I just like to have an option for quick shots.

I have the varmint version on my 7 RM and the narrower sub tensions along the vertical match up close to my ballistics for 100 yard increments at 25 power. The wider sub tensions match to the 50 yard marks (350, 450, etc). However, with the locking turrets, I found it really easy to just dial and shoot.

Thanks, I'm sure those measurements are for max magnification.
I'll make an MOA chart and verify at 100 yards to make sure it matches my reticle.

So, this is how it broke down in MOA with my math compared to Zeiss' calculator. Not as far off as I thought.

264 WM, 140VLD, 3296 fps MV, 420 ASL, 37°F

This'll be for quick shots only, but it's fun to play with. The majority of the time I dial.
