Picture #6 shows a 3-9X40 mm engraving on the scope. The box in picture #2 reads 3-9X50mm. In picture #1 the engraving is hard to read, to me, if it is 3-9X40 or 50mm. Could you show a clearer picture of the 3-9x50mm engraving on the scope please?

If you look at the post directly preceding yours, you'll see the letters "SPF" - I assume that being new you don't realize that means SOLD PENDING FUND. Scope was sold 10-days earlier; however, to answer your concern, I took pics of both the 50 and another 40 at the same time and must have posted one of the 40 by mistake. Rest assured the buyer had no complaints.
