Xmas Eggnog

So I have done this for a few years. Sorry for the late post for anyone who decides to try this. I believe a 2 month age range really helps with the final product. But you still got time, close enough.

Recipe is simple.

Separate 12 egg yokes and wisk them with 2 cups of sugar until it's creamy.

Then dump the rest of the ingredients in, mix it and age it as long as you can before serving. It's good for a year with the amount if booze in it. See the attached picture for the ingredients.

I use Bullet Bourbon, Diplomatico Rum (worth the price) and a standard brandy. Worth the work for anyone who likes a good eggnog.

Just made 2 batches for Christmas.
