Xlr evolution chassis for a 700 long action cip/ 3.85 mag cut. There has been some light dremel work in the trigger area. $550 shipped

I dont have a scale at the house to weigh the chassis, but I can say it is heavier than my element chassis. I don't know how old it is, I got it second hand.
 
I am not familiar with these

Is the length of pull adjustable? If so what is the shortest length of pull?
Does this stock fit a Remington 700 7mag?
