This kit is designed to be used in a Remington short action. It will NOT work in most clones! Kit includes the Mid Length PRC box, follower, spring, and bolt stop. The receiver box mortise and ejection port must be moved rearward. COAL allowed is 3.235″. Basically makes the SA a mid length action. Check out wyattsoutdoors.com. Just clarifying, this will not work with a defiance action?

It may with a Defiance Medium action, but I am not sure. It was designed around the Rem 700 SA
