It appears to be new. I bought it with bottom metal and need a standard long action mag.

I will trade even for a standard mag, or sell for $50.00 plus shipping. $6.00.

The bullet in the picture is a 338 Win mag.(I didn't have any other magnum bullets in the house.) A 300 Win mag should fit fine.
