WY Elk area 66... tips please!

Hey everyone!

So a buddy and I will end up in WY elk area 66 (between Thermopolis and Burlington somewhere) this coming Monday (Nov 19th).

Never been to that particular area, but still have my tag in my pocket and looking to fill the freezer!

Anybody willing to throw out any hints as to where an elk could be found on a one day excursion?

Any help is greatly appreciated...

I know this is an old post, but I am curious how you did or if you had any luck. I'm heading over there Sunday.
