WTT or WTS : Leupold 3.5 -10 x 50mm

I am looking to trade a Leupold VX3 I 3.5 -10 x50mm with CDS , ( coupon has never been sent in ) matte , duplex reticle , 1" tube, for a Leupold VX3 4.5- 14 x 40mm with A.O. or side focus non CDS, matte . Duplex reticle. I am the original owner . The scope is currently mounted so i'm sure there are ring marks. It has a very light scuff mark possibly from the bolt. It tracks as it should and the glass is excellent. Comes with original box and paperwork. I would also sell for $425 shipped.
