I can't imagine that there is someone sitting around with the illuminated model, just hating the optional illumination, hoping someone else would come along with a non-illuminted model that they could trade for, so they could worry about shipping them back and forth, and then zeroing his gun all over again for what I could only imagine would be a pittance.
Just sell it and buy what you want, this scenario seems ridiculous to me.

Or maybe someone would like to put a 3-10 SHV on a 22 and would like to have the adjustable parallax for close shots. I guess they could just buy what they want also, except that model is discontinued. We'll see what happens I guess.
