I also have a Vortex Razor 5-20x50mm 35mm tube ebr-1 moa reticle
It has 15moa turret
It comes with Sunshade ,Bubble Level, ARD Flip Cap Cover, 2 mm Hex Wrench, battery, lens cloth and 35mm rings
This was only mounted for a short time and then I decided to get something lighter and smaller. I didn't find any marks on the scope.
It may have faint ring marks but I wasn't going to remove them to check I didn't figure it would matter much.
I am wanting $1650 and I will pay the shipping and insurance.
