For buyers wanting to receive primed brass item can be shipped by ground carriers UPS or Fedex, and will be happy to comply with request at buyer cost. UPS/Fedex likely will not be cost-effective shipping method with primers being readily available at ~$.03/each.

The US Postal Service (USPS) forbids shipment of primed brass.

Primed brass may be shipped through UPS and Fedex, and I am willing to do so at buyer's cost, but their rates are significantly higher than US Postal Service (USPS) rates.
