I know I must be missing something in the Savage catalog but I can't find this model. Elsewhere online I saw a references to a fluted, moderate weight barrel, stainless steel Savage, but it was also associated with a Cabelas special run.

Pictures or clarification might help.

This is the Cabela's special run gun. I bought it new last March. I can send a picture if you have an e-mail address to send to. Barrel is what I would call medium heavy fluted.
