1" top quality benchrest scope rings for 3/8" base. Finish is aluminum matte. Base to scope center measures 1.06". They are for a 1" scope. They weigh 1.5oz for the pair. I was sold these new as Harrells, but a quick web search seems like they are Kelbys. Due to where I bought them(from The Shooters Corner, Inc), I have zero concern that they are cheap Chinese knock offs.
I've only used them for a couple shooting sessions.
