Belding & Mull powder measure. Reason for selling: Replaced by RCBS Chargemaster.
Pretty fair condition operating wise. Top cover is missing, been gone for years. Glass is cracked, a typical problem with these units but only if that kind of thing bugs ya. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
Regular size charge tube, not magnum.
Works great when set up properly. Never weighed charges when shooting 222 or 270 after proper charge tube setup.
