I upgraded my 308 to a 300 and have 500 rounds of the blue box 168 grain match left over. I will sell the lot for $375 plus actual UPS Ground shipping. That is $15 a box. They are .308 168 grain HPBT brass cased boxer primed loaded ammunition manufactured by Pvi PPU of Serbia. This is marketed as a close equivalent to the Federal Gold Medal Match at half the price and is reloadable brass.

308 made by PPU (prvi partizan uzice) will not work in TIKKA T3 model the bolt will not close just heads up

I have used in POF semi and Mauser bolt action without any issues, not sure what the issue is with your Tikka?
