Looking for a good used pair of wind flags, mainly for shooting centerfire at 200 yards. My range is a swirling fish bowl! May not need stands. I can get good used music stands locally if needed.

Rebar and surveyors tape are cheap and easy.
how do you attach the flags so they swivel with the wind change (direction)?
