Thanks guys for your time and help. I found one at a Cabelas store in .223 and bought it a couple of days ago. MTguns contacted me a couple of hours later and said they just found one but I already put the money down with Cabelas.

Thank you all for your help and hope someone else looking for one of these finds this thread soon.
