I am trying to get started on a build. I need a stock to replace the factory plastic on my post 64 mdl 70 .300 mag. I would prefer composite with aluminum bedding. Looks and scratches are not an issue. I plan on having it dipped.

I have a Bell & Carlson Carbelite(no bedding block) with Williams 2 piece bottom metal that would fit. It is painted matte black with coyote tan vertical stripes, much like grass. It is glass bedded for a M70 long action push feed #5 contour that was chambered in 6.5-284. I sold the rifle in its factory stock and this one is almost new. No scratches, dents or dings. $125 delivered to you.
