Title covers most of it. It's for a small shank action. I'm open to factory take offs, or pre-fits or customs. I don't want the goofy slow twist done awhile back. 1-9.5 twist or faster.

I have a Shaw 20" 1:9 SS Varmint I have thought about replacing. It has ~300 rounds down it.

I have a 7-08 barrel....Savage factory. Came off a 110s Series J. Its very heavy. Around .8 at the muzzle. Recessed target crown. 22", semi gloss dark grey/black. Bore is in excellent condition. This barrel came off one the early silouthtee rifles that Savage sold for a while.
