Anyone here shooting Win Staball6.5?? Any luck? Calibers groups? I got some for the first time for my 6 creedmoor. Then I saw what it could supposedly do in my 22-250 with a 52 grain hornady! I've been hooked on a 50 grain Speer tnt and happy at 36-3700fps. If that can get bullet to 4K I'd pooiiii in my drawers!!!!!! Too windy to put it on paper today tho. Looks promising.

I've got some Accurate LT-32 and can't find info anywhere. Any help my caliber selection is 22-250,22creedmoor,6creedmoor,6xc,257 Roberts,257wby,280ai,7mag,.308win,300wsm,300wm, 338 Edge.

We got some StaBALL 6.5 and have only ran it in one cartridge so far. 6 Creed and it ran equal with H4350 with our 88g Hammer Hunter. It looks very promising in many cartridges on Hodgdon data.

Decent results with a 7-08 shooting the 150 ELDX. Node in my rifle was between 46-47 grains with Lapua brass. That said, it took a lot of tinkering to make it work and I think there are better options. I have about 5lbs left and probably won't bother getting more.

Very happy to say that my 6 creedmoor loved the Staball 6.5 best powder I've used in it so far. Sub .25" group at 100 yards using 43 grains and a 95 grain SMK kissing the lands!!! Very happy!!!!!! 22-250 wasn't as appreciative of it but still had 1/2" groups. Need to try in 22 creedmoor still but promising so far. In 6 creedmoor it filled case to the beginning of the neck, didn't settle at all tapping case on bench.

Shot some Staball today in 300wsm with 208gr amax the lower end load (59gr) had huge FPS variation 80+. Shot in 96 degree weather with a real feel of 109-110. Winds were up and down with cooking thunderstorms.

59gr gave a 5 shot .9 group avg velocity was 2690 w es of 100fps
63gr gave a 5 shot .38-.4 range group till I fired (jerked) #5 out of the group blowing it up. Pure talent. Good spread on fps avg 2840 w es of 20fps
64.5 gave a tight spread with es of 15fps. Velocity avg 2940. I find it safe to assume I messed up the group.
.7 group four shot. #5 got dropped on its nose and seated a good bit deeper so I didn't fire it.

I did some research and it seems to be finicky and not perform all that well until right before max loads. I bought 5 lbs the other day to try in my 22in barrel 7 Sherman MAX shooting 145gr BDG2 bullets. Gun isn't done yet so no experience yet. But burn rate is about exactly how I want. Between H4350 and H4831.

I too get better performance (accuracy, ES and SD) at or near max load in my 6.5 CM. I found this to be the case with four different bullets (130 STGK, 131 Hammer, 140 ELDM and 143 ELDX). Currently set up for hunting with 44.0 gr with 131 Hammer running 2964 fps.
