Winchester Smith's in the midwest?

Can anyone recommend a smith that likes or will work with a win m70? I've got one that needs a barrel and many in my area have turned it down as it's not a savage or remington. I would consider shipping wherever, just need recommendations/references.

Looking to basically do a barrel swap, caliber stays same, all other stuff should be same. It has a control round feed. I have a very particular load I want to build the barrel around for short to midrange whitetails.
