I have a Win 70 Classic stainless 270 with factory 24" Bbl. Yes 24" Bbl. I bought this rifle years ago. Bright shinny bore , & sharp rifling. For the most part I have worked up a load & sighted it in. A few , very few practice shots taken. This rifle will shoot honest 3 shot 1/2 groups. The load I worked up is right out of the Barnes Manual. Barnes 130 gr TSX/TTSX, 59.5grs Rel 19. Barnes shows 3211fps, my chrono shows 3219fps. A extremely flat shooting load. I'm consolidating to 6.5 & 7mm rifles only, so making this one available for sale. I'm in W. Montana about 50 miles NW of Missoula. F to F $750. Shipped $800 + insurance if you want it. If your interested & don't have all the funds right now I would be willing to carry payments over 3 months. PM for details. The price is firm . If it does not sell for this price I will keep it. It will just be worth more next year.
