Winchester 30-30 issue with bullet feed

I have a Winchester 30-30 model 94' that I can only feed 1 bullet up the tube. I've taken the spring out and cleaned it, the tube and plug. Still only can feed 1 bullet. Any suggestions on how to correct? The gun racks & shoots fine. Thanks

Is the tube out of round? Or dented somewhere you can't see.?
