which ammo boxes will help preserve concentricity of my meticulously hand crafted hunting ammo?

I use Dillon Ammunition Boxes because they are inexpensive, easy to get and stack well for storage. My second choice would be the Plano boxes.

check out Midway USA for the ammo vault slip top locking ammo box. They cost about $10 are padded tops and robber bottoms, will protect your hand loads sufficiently. Good thing about them you wont have to pack 100 rounds they hold 20 rounds.
