Where to get long barrels

Where is the best place to buy long Lilja, Hart and Packnor barrels 30-34" and what about Shilen? I never hear them mentioned. This will be my first atempt at building a real long range gun (over 28") but what the heck its only money and time besides we learn from our mistakes(I have learned a lot

).

Your best bet on the long stuff is to order it directly from the manufacturer. Rarely will you see one for sale that is not used. Most guys wouldn't sell a real shooter barrel, so the used stuff probably isn't what you want anyway.

Ditto Chris Jamison. Go to the websight of the manufacturer you want, and order it. They will all sell you anything you want,..any size, any length.

Thanks, I may just drive down to Pac-Nor in Brookings (200 mi from here), a good roadtrip. Can you explane 3 groove vs. 6 advantage/disadvantage?
