Where to buy Savage AccuFit cheek risers?

I built a 6.5 CM with a Shilen barrel on a Savage 110 action and an AccuFit stock, and I need to purchase their cheek riser inserts but can't find them anywhere (I bought a take-off stock and it didn't come with the risers or LOP spacer pads). Does anyone know where I can find these? Even Savage doesn't appear to sell them, or at least I can't find them on the Savage site. thx
